Hi everyone! Thank you for the interest on this site.

My name is Mariana Calleja, I`m a 30 year-old Costarican, with some family roots in Barcelona, Spain and some other distant ones up the mystical scottish Highlands. I`m a fearless dreamer and traveler, who dedicates it`s life in the meantime to help people through medicine. When I have to, I`ll put my scrubs on, and when I can I`ll take them off and literally take off to any place I can. Meanwhile, I am making the path into an awesome and cool way to dedicate myself not only writing, but filming, photographying and publishing all about the world through my travel thirsty perspective.

 I`m into travel definitely more than anything, also into languages (If I could learn all of them, I would surely do. For now I got 3 already and heading into the 4th!). I love all about music, food, cultures, people itself, behaviors, way of living and many more curious things about us humans and our place…you can imagine as you read. I would love to know every unknown corner in every place I go. Visit the non-touristic destinations, the very authocthonous hidden little places around and many more cool un-thinked spots.

2010 was beginning when my dreamy life started fortunately, heading to new lands with my newly sweet husband. We got well set in Barcelona as main spot (for many reasons between familiar, academics and travel of course!), doing some stuff  here and there. And we`ve been moving anywhere we have had the chance ever since. Actually perfect!

Right now? Here making a few updates on my story, so I`ll keep it fresh for you within travels and time. Time has been passing by and this might have been our best time ever for many reasons! As you may read on my posts along the past, life has shown to me as a perfect and endless world of opportunities and possibilities. So I`ve learned to grab all I can in the best way possible to follow my dream…and here I am. Living my dreamy travel life indeed and planning on keeping it that way forever!

Time to keep walking. I will always be making updates on the way and getting all my experiences well written for you to enjoy every time, even maybe use it for your own travels and building up your own experiences.
